Yes, We provide:

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
The initial assessment lasts for 50 minutes and the counselling sessions are for 50 minutes thereafter. This is usually on a weekly basis.
Yes, everything that is discussed in the session is strictly confidential.
Please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel a session. If possible, we will try to reschedule our appointment.
The full fee will be charged for sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.
